Some challenges we need your help solving  

  • Growth – You can help us add channel partners who can resell MyHB+ into their employer accounts 

  • Represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support. 

  • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory. 

  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue. 

  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals. 

  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness. 

  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements. 

  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered. 

  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner. 

  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities. 

  • Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business. 

  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities. 

  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners. 

  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities. 

  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings. 

  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences. 

  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.

  • You should have a deep understanding of how employee benefit brokers and consultant’s work.    

  • Strong understanding of health and wellness plan a plus.   

  • As a strategist, you’ll partner with the exec team. You’ll define and effectively communicate a long-term channel sales vision and inspire the team and our partners around that shared vision

Channel Partner Sales skills and qualifications 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Organization and time-management skills 

  • Knowledge of US Health system and latest technologies used by health providers, health payors, and employer wellness a plus 

  • Ability to meet deadlines and quota under pressure 

 

Experience Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree  

  • 3-5 years’ experience channel sales  

  • 3 years’ experience working in start-up environments  

  • Experience in healthcare or employee benefits a plus 

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time 

  • Passion for excellent Customer Service 

  • Strong interpersonal communication (Both verbal and written)

Preferred product design / Figma experience is 3 years

Overview:  The Senior DevOps Engineer/Jira Admin will work to design, build and implement automation and enhancements to the product development teams development environment following agile/scrum and production monitoring systems. This position will work be the only DevOps person however will work closely with our infrastructure engineer to build and run a fully automated software deployment and application provisioning capability. Must have experience in building Jira roadmaps, integrating Selenium to Jira and other dev tools.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Setup, Manage AWS for software development (see required skills)

Setup, Manage Gitlab CI/CD

Develop interfaces between external tooling and Jira infrastructure.

Using Jira REST APIs, develop one-off solutions for integrations with other tools, automate manual processes, data migration routines and extract data for reporting and analytics purposes. 

Implement Jira upgrades, and partner with our stakeholders to coordinate infrastructure maintenance and system migrations in an AWS environment.

Create and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation.

Develop and maintain production monitoring and alerting scripts.

Develop and maintain operational dashboards.

Develop and maintain software deployment automation.

Configuration management.

Location: Remote, but needs to be in Pacific or Central Time Zone

Shift:  8:00am – 5:00pm PST, some evenings/weekends required for upgrades or when necessary

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Setup and Monitor the newco dev, test, stage, production environments.

Enhance existing monitoring tools, dashboards and alerting.

Design, build and implement new monitoring strategies.

Move fast, identify blind spots, and determine how to improve visibility.

Design and build automated code deployment systems that simplify deployments.

Orchestrate application deployment all the way through multiple layers of a solution.

Ensure that deployments to all environments are easily repeatable and predictable.

Coach the delivery teams to fully leverage deployment tools and to increase team performance.

Move fast, break things, and determine how to fix them.

 

Required Skills/Qualifications

2 Years’ Experience in a Windows/Linux Administration DevOps environment

Experience with Redhat/Centos/Ubuntu operating systems especially rpm/yum/apt utilities

5 years Experience with AWS EKS

5 years Experience with AWS Workspace

5 years Experience with Gitlab, Gitlab CI/CD

5 years Experience with Kubernetes, Docker

5 years Experience with Jira Cloud
